Autumn is my favourite season.

I love the leaves changing colour, I love the reminder that letting go is easy when the time is right, I love the beginning of coziness setting in and the promise of hot chocolates and open fireplaces.

So in honour of Autumn here’s a list of things for you (and me) to enjoy this Autumn.

  7. Make a vegan chilli – this is my favourite one.

  9. Take long hot baths

  11. Star gazing

  15. Snuggle on the sofa under a blanket
  16. Enjoy a sunset
  17. Splash in puddles

  19. Visit your local farmers market

  21. Go fruit picking
  22. Knit a scarf
  23. Create an “I Appreciate” list
  24. Volunteer
